Beside a series of systematized lectures of basic chemistry, we will demonstrate the efficient ways to measure, quantize, monitor and control of chemical statuses and processes. Finally, the students should write a scientific document about the process and results of their self-designed experiments. (本課程除了系統化地教授必要的化學知識外，也將以實作具體地介紹如何進行化學狀態與反應的計量、偵測、監控，最後將要求學生以科學的方法撰寫自行設計的實驗過程與結果。)
